One Bedroom apartments (615-700 sq ft) starting at $700 - $799

We allow both cats and dogs.

- Electric is individually metered

- Water fee is a low flat monthly rate of $45

- Gas, Sewer & Trash are paid by owner

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply

-Deposit is equal to 1-2 month’s rent with approved credit 

-We offer 12 month lease terms

-We offer Deposit & Co-Signer programs

On-site maintenance staff will assist with repair needs during business hours. We also have an after-hours call center to assist with any unexpected maintenance emergencies. In Addition, there is a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
